We are at the eighth build of the horror visual novel The Red Ballet; currently at 195.000 words. The game will expand over time. (Some CGs in the game will be replaced in later builds. Loading a save prior to build 5 with a sprite on screen may cause issues.)

Sid is a rat working a dead-end job at the corner store. But on the other side of the street is the ballet theatre, The Red Ballet. He dreams of being on that stage with the graceful ballerinas and ballerinos. But who would want to see a rat flail around his ugly tail?
His life starts to change when he meets Emilio - the easygoing goat stagehand - and the intimidating bear Misha, who runs the ballet.
In a world that does not look kindly on the big dreams of a small rodent, can Sid find his swan feathers? Or will he remain the simple prey the world tells him he is?
And can he survive the dance of The Red Ballet's sinister secrets?
CW: The Red Ballet is a horror visual novel containing violent and uncomfortable scenes, themes, and subject matters. Note that one such subject matter is sexual violence - in many forms. The game also contains MLM erotic scenes. You should be 18+ and consider the content before playing it.

Install instructions
Windows: Unzip the downloaded file, open the folder, start da game by clicking TheRedBallet.exe
Android: Install the APK. You may have to turn on installing from unknown sources in your settings if you have not done so before.
Mac: I do not have a Mac so euhm bring out the Ouija board to ask Mr Jobs.

I want to thank you too actually, both for your comments and what you wrote in the rating. I let myself be vulnerable with the parts of me put into these stories, to show something real with them. So seeing that they really matter - and can even be of help - to people is very meaningful for me as both writer and as a person 🩷
(Also just wanna mention that what you wrote in the rating made me realize it'd be a good idea to implement the option to turn on warnings before scenes like the one in the route choice, for anyone not wanting to be blindsided by things like that. Will also make the most distressing scenes skippable with brief summaries just to convey any information critical to the story that would otherwise be missed. So, such options will be included with the next update!)

Kacper's likeness to a beaver due to his teeth is an important part of the character, and is pretty much a plot point 🤫
